Rachels Transition mtf

Hi, my name is Rachel, and I am sharing my story. I am a US Army veteran and I have recently come out as transgender and decided to transition into the woman I have always been inside. At the moment I find it rather difficult to realize my dreams of living my life because of the costs of transitioning. I consider myself as an independent and self-reliant person. I do not have a lot to my name, but I can say proudly that what little I have, I worked really hard for. This time however, I accepted the fact that in order for me to fulfill my dream of living as the real me, I will need the generosity and kindness of other people.
