I am a physical therapist by trade who has had a heart for international missions since as long as I can remember. I've spent the last 3 years working in a large hospital system and have cared for the hurting and hopeless. Recently I went on a mission trip to Haiti with my church and on the way home met the Director of We Care Haiti, a non profit providing hope and healing to the poorest in Haiti that otherwise have no access to healthcare or consistent food sources. I will be the Medical Director for We Care Haiti as well as practicing physical therapy on the side. I am so excited for the way God has opened doors and is clearly leading this big life decision. Support raised from this campaign will go towards living expenses in Haiti (housing, food, gas), airfare, insurance, and special projects that are identified as areas of need during my time served there. We've provided well over 7,000 patient treatments, started a hypertension program for the community, invested in our staff, and the clinic is going better than ever.
