PYT vs. Rough Runner

The Point Youth Theatre, in its essence, is a group of young people working together to develop and empower themselves, in a safe and comfortable environment. The young people in the youth theatre relish in the new opportunities and constant support they are given by an outstanding team. The Youth Theatre has been running for several decades now, it continuously offers different and exciting projects for young people to participate in. In order to continuing running these projects we rely on funding. Consequently, the ever-growing demand means the strain to always afford these poignant projects becomes a struggle.

This year we’ve made it our upmost priority to fundraise for The Point Youth Theatre. This devoted group of people, who endlessly shape and better themselves, desire and deserve to try as many workshops as possible.

We’ve decided to embark on a brutal yet exhilarating challenge. The Rough Runner. A TV show inspire race, which combines distance running with challenging obstacles. We’ve put together two teams of 10 people to take on this race, with varying ages and abilities. Its important to us to ensure we test ourselves as highly as we can, so we shall be running the 10K race.

What we ask of you is a small donation to support these young people and our exciting challenge. All the proceeds will go towards allowing the youth theatre further access to greater prospects for the future.
