Putting my family back together.

     I am reaching out for any help i can get to get custody of my daughter back. She has been with her biological father since June 2013 when i was sued for custody. I have struggled with finances which forced me to move in with my parents, i have no car, and am currently on maternity leave in expectance of my second child. The reasoning for lost custody was that at the time i had no job, no car, and lived with family. Although my daughter had a stable loving home with readily available transportation and medical care her father won the suit. There was no transition period whatsoever so my 4 year old was ripped from the family she loved so much and forced into a home she did not want to go to. Everytime i have seen her since she has cried when she has to leave, suffered night terrors, and most recently ecpressed her concern that when she first had to go to daddy's and not come back that he would hurt her "down there".   Childrens services has been involved where he is converned a few times before and after she went to live there because of suspected sexual and mental abuse. She tells me things she is scared to tell other people out of fear daddy will get angry if she says anything. She says its secrets and please dont tell him. I have tried going through the proper channels such as childrens services and gotten no results. I cant stand for her hearr to break along side mine or for her to be subjected to abuse that i can do nothing within the legal limits to stop. I unfortunately dont jave the funds to file for custody or establish myself for it to be pleasing to the courts. My daughter needs her mother and her mother needs her baby. Every effort has been made by her father to break that bond but its been unsuccessful. Please help me bring my baby home.
