Public Beach Access in Duck,NC Legal Fee Fundraiser

We are seeking donations to cover legal fees in our campaign for public beach access in Duck,NC. We are thankful for the recent Superior Court ruling that Sea Breeze Drive is a public beach access and is now recognized by the Town of Duck as public.
Our opponents have appealed this ruling and are requesting a stay of the decision for public beach access rights as the NC Appellate Court reviews the case. This process will likely take one to two years.
Our current legal fees and ongoing appellate court legal fees are expected to exceed $55,000. Our previous crowd fund campaign gathered about $15,000. We are accepting donations from anyone who wishes to help fight for public beach access rights. This case could affect beach access rights throughout Duck, Dare County, North Carolina, and other states as well.
We are willing to pay all legal costs if necessary but any contributions for the public enjoyment of our coastal resource opportunities is appreciated and will be used for a great cause.
