An idea for developing an application & website for interaction, turning into a business with provided services.

My name is Kostas, I am from Greece. Graduate student of University of CRETE (ELMEPA) Hellenic Mediterranean University of Economics, Business Administration & Tourism. My hobby is photography. Welcome to the Pteron project, where I want to start a slow-growing company from its first steps. From application to business and finally to company, providing services and support.

What is SWOT analysis?

• It is a strategic planning tool, that examines the strengths and weaknesses of a business, the opportunities and threats from the environment in which it operates.

• * Changes in "LEGISLATION" (eg tax increase, additional licenses, and approvals for an operating license, etc.)

From application and website, it is going to become a business in online & physical form. Collecting services and products. But at the same time, combining entertainment and information for the public.

• Current phase: Mobile Application

A first and simple 1.0 application with a user-friendly interface for Android and IOS users. It already includes two simple categories, the forum, and the collection. You can upload videos, photos, gifs, and anything else that expresses you, every day for anything.

• Why this project is so important to me

The development of PTERON requires time, people to help, and plenty of equipment such as software and hardware, able to offer the best service experience. To instantly develop the idea, worthy of expectations.

The team will be staffed by my colleagues. We have the experience and the ability to advise other companies & entrepreneurs. Also, provide help to potential customers and through this community of exchange experiences, to create a company responsible and maximum care to create joy. Another reason, therefore, for which this effort is to create something new in the field stands out.
