Psychotherapy for PTSD

Hi all. I am very mentally unwell and need therapy for PTSD that has disabled my ability to sleep and function normally. As a university student it is very difficult to battle with this PTSD, onset by a heavily abusing childhood, that is also creating difficulty in my studies. As a family we are just scraping by and any help that could be offered to assist me in obtaining very important professional help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart it means the entire world to me.
