psychiatric service dog

Hello my name is Kirsten Harkins. I am in need of a psychiatric service dog. I have sever anxiety, sever depression, PTSD, panic attack and fibromyalgia. these issues make it hard to do simple daily task such as getting out of bed in the mornings. with a service dog I would be able to start doing more task without worrying about doing them alone. I have anywhere between 3 and 10 panic attacks a day and it makes it hard to do school. so a service dog would help me complete my goals and gain some freedom from my mental illnesses
