Psychiatric help for suicidal rape victim

I was recently kidnapped, brutally gangraped and tortured. As a result I have now been diagnosed with high risk PTSD.

This includes flashbacks, nightmares, night terrors, panic attacks, sensory overload attacks, and many more. It also means that I am highly suicidal and have attempted suicide several times. I have been on suicide watch for the post week and it cost R34,000. This excludes my psychiatrist at R2000 per month and my psychologist at R1000 per week. My medication on average costs about R1000-R2000 per month. As a student I cannot afford all of this. Even though I needed to stay alive. I am a student of evolutionary and neurological genetics, and hope to make a change in how we view mental health. But I can only do that if I am alive.
