Psoriasis Patient

I would like to ask help for my nephew Third Ashneil Baluran, 14 years old from Brgy.Sta.Cruz San Miguel Leyte Philippines. A typical Junior HS student who excels in school, who loves to live a normal life. His father is a jeepney driver and mother is housewife with 3 siblings. He has been suffering with Psoriasis.

Psoriasis is a common skin condition that speeds up the life cycle of skin cells. It causes cells to build up rapidly on the surface of the skin. The extra skin cells form scales and red patches that are itchy and sometimes painful.
Psoriasis is a chronic disease that often comes and goes and is hereditary. It has no cure but not communicable.The main goal of treatment is to stop the skin cells from growing so quickly.
Because of this ailment he has been bullied believing that this is contagious.He develops poor self esteem.
He has been consulting to dermatologist every now and then and would require a lifetime medical maintenance for it has no cure but just to ease the itch and flaky skin almost covering 90% of his body. He has been using moisturizer,soap for sensitive skin, steroidal ointments and other expensive treatments just to ease the burden he is carrying.
His parents cannot afford the medication for they belong to poorest of the poor.
I hope their are heaven sent good samaritans who are willing to help him.
