Pruzi ruku za zaposlenje

Our campaign "Support employment of people with disabilities" (Pruži ruku za zaposlenje osoba sa invaliditetom) invites everybody on taking the responsibility and action to help people with disabilities from Bosnia and Herzegovina by employing them and through that insuring their better social-economic stability and independence.

***People with disabilities need help and boost so that's the reason why everybody should "give them a hand of support". This is a fundraising campaign that has a goal to inform and educate but also make people aware of how important is to employ people with disabilities and make them equal members of society.***

We are focused on the establishment of the Friends Club of the Muharem Berbić Foundation (Klub prijatelja Fondacije Muharem Berbić). The ways for achievement are the usage of digital marketing, advertising on public media. Our plan is to use this funding website, digital marketing (like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, tweeter), public advertising (outdoor and indoor), presentation on TV and radio shows, sharing flyers and promo materials, and by organizing events.

***Aim of the project is to work on employing people with disabilities in the Friends Club of Muharem Berbic Foundation.***

To accomplish that we start to work on the adaptation of the ground floor of the old administrative building of mine in Kakanj (industrial heritage) where 8 people with disabilities and their 6 assistants will get the opportunity to work. We invest around 50 000 € for sanation and adaptation of this building, and we need now around the same amount for buying the equipment's and employing the people with disabilities.

***The Friend Club of Muharem Berbic Foundation will be self-sustaining, which means that all the money that is provided in this Club will be spent on the paycheck of employers and helping the fund for people with disabilities.***
