Providing medicine for poor patients in Gaza (ٍRu)

The poor patients are considered one of the most negatively affected persons in the Gaza Strip; they are affected by the ongoing siege and extreme poverty so that the whole citizens of the Gaza Strip are suffering from their impacts.

On a daily manner, Gaza finds many cases that need urgent medical interfere: either by providing medication prescriptions, medical examinations, or other tests and diagnostic services.

In many cases, the help the patient needs is the difference between life and death.

Here we can show many examples: there is a patient who experiences and suffers from the severe weakness of the heart muscle, while he has installed a pacemaker and needs a special type of drugs at a very high cost, these drugs help him raising the efficiency of the heart muscle, if he does not get the drug regularly he will be at real risk of death or at least serious complications.

Some patient cases suffer from recurrent blood clots and need blood-thinning medications, such as heparin or Clexan injections. Irregularity in taking this medicine exposes them to very serious complications, the monthly cost of this medicine exceeds $ 200, and how can a poor family whose monthly income does not exceed $ 150 have this Medicine?!.

Likewise, premature babies and twins who need special nutritional formulas, especially in their first months of life, and the examples do not end there are (cancer, diabetes, hepatitis C, high blood pressure, rickets, growth retardation, asthma, and many other patients)
