Protein C Defficiency looking for help !

Hi ! My name is Adam and i am 30 years old. I am suffering from protein C deficiency which really affect my life. I am on medication which doesn`t work. Every year i have multiple blood clots in legs and also in lungs. I` cant work in standing position and also i can`t work in sitting position which cause my life. I am in UK over 2 years and i lost already few jobs because of my health condition. I`d like to open my own business in UK and work as graphic designer freelancer at home. I looking for help to save money and feel independent and working at home doing this what i really like- creating. I left hospital two months ago with another Pulmonary Embolism and i still in dead point. To add to this i am not entitle to claim any benefits. I am very creative person. One day I`d like to help others by organising art exhibitions and art festivals and support people with similar health conditions.
