We are colleagues and friends of Vancouver lawyer Carey Linde are asking you to help him defend his-and your- freedom to openly and publicly express opinions on transgender issues of the day. The Law Society of British Columbia has issued two citations against, him for, among other things, misgendering and relating the medical background of an unnamed teenager born female who now believes their gender is male contrary to a court order.
The Law Society of British Columbia is seeking to close the trial to the public. They have no gfrounds other than to hide from the public.

Being silenced is not democratic, and more importantly, not Canadian. Freedom of thought and expression is paramount to both. Closing a hearing meant to silence someone is beyond bonkers!
