Protect Green Place in Bajos del Toro

Hi everyone, my name is Esteban I'm a financial Analyst, in love with nature, I want to ask for your help because, my family have a place located in an amazing zone of Costa Rica, and I want to protect it from big developers that don't worry about nature. This place is amazing, full of animals, water, views and peace. Right now my family don't have money to keep the place so they are selling it, my plan is to convert this place into a eco tourist startup, so that we can keep the place. The place has a beautiful house, so my idea is to redesign this building and convert it into a hostel, where people could stay and enjoy the nature.
