I'm a 28 year old African Male residing in Ivory Park (Township), Midrand. I have a dream to transform the township (Portion by portion) into affordable, Professional, Clean, and well cared for rental apartments for the residence of Ivory Park. In South Africa, Gauteng province is the is the smallest out of the 9 Provinces with more than 25% of the population residing in Gauteng in order to be close to work. The township is located in Midrand which has been booming lately due to The Mall of Africa and office parks at Waterfall which is 10KM away from Ivory Park.

My proposed Development plan is a Two floor Apartment with a base for parking purposes. each floor consist of 10 apartments which has a Toilet, Shower and Build in Cupboards. The plan has been submitted for approval, i have received a bill of quantity for material and labor costs.

This Business Idea came from my mother who managed to build 12 rooms on the yard in order to make a living. i was very close to her and would encourage her and help her manage finances while building the 12 rooms. through this i developed great passion for property development and told my self that i will improve my moms idea.
