Promising natural bodybuilder.

Hi everyone!

My name is Jozef Čermák. I am 16yo boy from Slovakia. Some years ago doctors have found me scoliosis.. Somehow I did not care about it propably because I was just small. But now I have begun to actively strengthen myself what really help for my back and in the future I would like to compete in bodybuilding. I exercise about five times a week, from which my training is focused on the growth of muscle mass and at the end of each training I do additional exercises on my scoliosis and also on a misplaced pelvis. Over the last half year, I've adjusted my diet (I'm training myself, without a trainer) and I'm feeling a lot of changes but its need time for my dream body and also for some competition. My muscles are picking up naturally, which is a lot more intense than with unauthorized substances. My mom also gives me the money but it's pretty expensive and moreover, I would like to became independent. Thank you very much for every donate!
