The “If I Were A Princess For A Day” Contest is a competition in which girls between 13-17 years of age post what kind of princess they would be and how they would use their title, if they were given the chance to be a princess for a day. The winner will receive a trip to NYC for her and her mother to meet Princess Sophie of Armenia. In addition, she will receive an honorary title, a chance to become the princess’ US ambassador and a chance to help the princess with a new film she is making.
Alexa C. created an entirely student made video which has become one of the five finalists. In the video she explains that she would be a charitable princess that would like to donate millions of prom dresses to Arlington High School’s Prom Dress Drive to help underprivileged young girls attend prom. Because she was once helped to go to prom by this organization, she wants to give back and help every girl feel like a princess for a day, “because they are one.” Please vote for Alexa. She is a very deserving and humble candidate that is already looking for a way in which to broadcast prom dress drives online and combine prom dress drives all over our city!

And as for the $100 dollars to raise, all of that money will be used to create the website in which prom dress drives around Tarrant County, Texas, can use to broadcast their drives and facilitate a young girls search for free prom dresses.
