Prolong a kind hearted mother’s life

My mother who is diabetic was diagnose last year with diabetis mellitus type 2 and S/p cerebrovascular accident causing her to be bed ridden,unable to walk, to sit, to stand and was hospitalized 6x in 2016, she has been forgetting us, our names, what is happening in the present when her dementia attacks.

Hospitalized in Dec 29 to Jan 4 2017, confined again last Feb 9 to Feb 17 and she was diagnose with Liver cirrhosis,Esophageal Varices and Portal Hypertensive Gastropathy. She and my father spent their anniversary in hospital last Feb 11. My mother spent her 73rd birthday bday in the hospital last Feb 15. .She needs a serious veins surgery.We already spent a huge amount on her bill when discharged on Feb 19. We are already exhausted with our finances. She was back on Feb 21 until today, as of this writing, March 1 2017 and our bill is still rising. We are unable to finance her discharge anymore that we are seeking now for anyone's help.
