MEMORIAL PARK FOR CANCER PATIENTS
This is a very personal project for me. I am looking for an Angel investor and good caring people that will help me fund and work on a nonprofit community project that will involve building a recreation park dedicated to all the people that have cancer that have beat cancer and that lost their lives to cancer-
What I am looking to accomplish is to purchase some land in my home town area to erect a small park. I have some connections with logging companies that could clear any part of the land that need to be cleared and construction companies that could do any excavating that needed to be done.
My plan is to put in a ball field, basketball courts, maybe a tennis court and a playground. A place to sit and eat a picnic lunch sounds very appealing too. I will be taking suggestions from people on a stone memorial of some type with the possibility of a short poem of some sort on it.
I will be looking for all the help I can get on this project. Very strict records will be kept so at any time if someone is in question to how the funds are or were spent it will all be on record just a phone call away or email or in person.
If and when the park is finished and if there is any money left over it will be reallocated to the American Cancer Society. When completed the park will more than likely be given as a gift to the town.
Last year I along with the Western Ma metal band TRENDEMIC we founded a non- profit organization called Bahre’s Cure Cancer Concerts our mission is to raise money for the American Cancer Society. Last year was our first show and we had 11 awesome bands donate their time to make it a success. We also had 13 companies donate items to raffle of to our guests.
The more people that help with this, share this, tell their friends about it the better chance it will happen. I appreciate any and all help. When we get enough donations for this project you can personally help. You can be a part of it, this is NOT one of those funding's where we accept you donation and then you never hear from us again. We want to see you at the park. We want you to help build it. If it's cutting down trees or going on coffee runs. If it's reading blue prints or helping to design the layout We want you there. This project can't bring our loved one's back but it can help their memory live on forever.
