Project Warm Atlanta

According to the 2012 census, there are 6,664 homeless men, women, and children in the Atlanta area; many of whom live under our bridges and sleep in parks year round. With the average lows ranging anywhere from the low 50s to the 20s, as a fiber artist, I've decided to at least try and do my part and keep Atlanta warm. By making hats and scarves and purchasing long johns (long underwear) and gloves, I feel as if I can do something to keep my fellow Atlantians warm.
