I will be taking part in the foam fun run on the 4th of october at 11am to raise monry for project wallacea. The object of my expedtion to South Africa is to help with biodiversity surveys. I will be in the Balule Game Reserve, which is open to the Kruger National Park for the first week of my expedtion, helping collect data about large mammals from their footprints or droppings, and helping with the biodiversity surveys of large and small mammals, reptiles, birds and spiders, including an extensive elephant survey. For my second week i will go to the South African coast at Sodwana bay Marine Reserch Center to participate in the Indian Ocean reef ecology course, where i will dive twice a day and learn how to identify the corals, invertebrates and fish. In the future i would like to study zoology, this opportunity would not only be highly recognised at universities, but would give me the oppertunity to complete an AS level worth up to 60 ucas points. All the money i raise will go to the charity opperation wallacea, helping protect the biodiversity of the Kruger National Park, and the Sodwana bay Marine Reserch Center.   Any donation will be greatfully appriciated and a massive help to myself and the charity. Wish me luck! :D
