Project USA housing

After recently coming home from a deployment with the Military I know I don't want to work hard for someone else forever, destorying my body so I cannot enjoy my retirement.

My plan is to invest in the US housing market, buying affordable housing to rent to middle class/ low income families. I have compiled a lot of research to show me where the jobs are, where people are migrating to and why housing is unaffordable for US citizens. I know many banks in the USA will not give loans to hard working families because of the banks own problems which caused the sub prime mortage crisis. As a business venture I plan to buy houses in the range of $20,000 to $100,000 and give families a place to live that is affordable with the option to rent to own.

My finances are lacking, I currently have enough to fly to the USA, set up my business, bank accounts, tax information and possibly buy one house, but I am hungry to get the business going and get 3-4 properties in a short space of time before I miss my chance and get stuck working for someone else forever. It's a perfect time to get involved with the Australian dollar being so strong.

I know i'm asking a lot and it's not a fundraiser however I know people out there will feel the same about working forever and will hopefully give me my chance to escape. I'd be more than willing to pay back any amount once I am set up and operating profitably, of course that can be discussed later for specifics.

Ultimatley $50k would be great to achieve as I can reach my property goals very, very quickly which means I can service my debts faster but even $25k or $10k, any really, will get me on the road to financial sucess.

On a personal note, this financial freedom will allow my beautiful partner and I to afford IVF faster, as Kelly has battled cancer twice and won she has made sacrifices and IVF is our only chance to make a family so a successful business will help us achieve our family goals too :)
