- Town of Nantucket has acknowledged 84 payments to Denby Real Estate for appraisal consulting, totaling $74,300.
- Payments to Denby Real Estate range from $100 to $9,500 with an average payment calculated at $884.52.
- Until very recently, C. Elizabeth Gibson was named as the Director of Denby Real Estate while simultaneously employed as the Town Manager of Nantucket.
- According to the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Real Estate Appraisers there are no members of Denby Real Estate licensed as appraisers since the expiration of Flint Ranney's license on 3/26/2011.
- A formal request to the Town Manager's Office to view the appraisal reports has been made.
- The Town, responding through their attorney, is demanding payment of $571.10 prior to making any appraisal report completed by Denby Real Estate available for public inspection.
