Hi everyone! I recently got back from a service trip to El Salvador and I have been moved by all that I saw and experienced there. Those communities have so much potential but all they need is a little bit of financial support to better their living conditions so they can focus on other things besides trying to simply get by on a day-to-day basis.

A few years ago a law was passed in El Salvador that closed all orphanages and had the orphans sent back to their biological families, which in most cases, were the families they'd been taken away from because of neglect and/or inability to care for the child. In response to this law, a friend of mine has started an organization called Project Red where they raise money to take care of the children that have been sent back and are being neglected. They follow a reintigration, education and development policy to try and support the families and children, giving them the housing, education and supplies they need to prosper.

With money donations, you can support a family in so many ways...
