As most of you know Rico came from Spain after being dumped in a bin at only a couple of weeks old. Thanks to the brilliant work of the Spanish animal charities and the fantastic foster carers he was put into foster care before being able to travel over here. Shortly we we will be having another puppy welcomed into the family. She was one of a large litter all of whom were born on the streets before being rescued by Actin Spain charity who were able to put them into the safety of a home with a foster carer. Unfortunately know one else has come forward yet to re home them. As they are all puppies they all need to have there vaccinations which cost money and like most animal charities they receive no funding and rely on the donations of the public. To help support the pups I have set myself the challenge of running 5pm to raise money to help pay for the pups vaccinations. I haven't done any exercise or training for months so am extremely unfit. I will be completing this run on the 14 October on my treadmill and will be supervised so there's no cheating. I would love it if you could all spare a few pounds for this fantastic charity. My aim is to raise £150 for Actin Spain, anything over £150 will be donated to 'For the love of Dogs and Cats another fantastic animal charity in Spain. So please give whatever you can, even if it's only a pound, it's a £1 more than they have. Thank you
