to raise funds to establish a proper home for my granchildren who are currently living in sub standard high rental accomadation. The funds will go towards a deposit on their first proper home, a home with a garden somewhere for them to play without fear ov injury(where they live now the very small postage stamp style garden is concreted over) My son and his fiance both work hard to provide as best they can for their children and are paying extremely high rents on a property that is tiny and completely unsuitable for two little girls to grow up in and develop to the best ov their ability. They are in a position to get a mortgage though only if a deposit can be raised. Though with the high rent they are paying saving for a deposit is far far out ov reach. (a mortgage is far far cheaper than their current rent) I would love to help them though due to suffering a long term mental Illness (bi Polar) I have been unabe to work full time. ALL funds will go towards a home for them all, a home they can breath properly in (there is damp in the property) a home they can relax in stretch out in (their home is very tiny) a home they can feel safe in.. A place to call their own and a home they pay for as their own and not paying the extortianate high rents the landlord is currently asking.
