Project Happy Halloween

Hello! This is Keith Harris ,creater of project Happy Halloween. Here where i am in rural La Grange, N.C. there is not much to do on any given day and holidays expecialy! Folks around here dont drive much but they just kind of walk to the store and kids play in the dirt. Mothers and other parents dont quite have the transportation to take kids trick or treating and there are not many activity spots that bring the people and kids together. I would like to hold an event that would give moms and their children a place to go for Halloween and inter act with other kids from the neighborhood. Houses here are sometime too far apart for people to walk between so this will keep it simple and safety is contained. Street lights are far and few here also so, again it is unsafe. I am going to do some filming of the event if i am able to do it and post it for all to see and hopefully more people around will join in. Hopefully i can put on more events in the future but this is a start. I will need this donation money to cover the cost of the venue for the event and for the cost of refreshment and candy give aways. I also feel like it is important to entertain the parent also maybe with Halloween mask to keep parents envolved.
