In 2008 I did an exchange programme with Essex youth service, this involved 15 young people from south Africa came to the U.k for a month and visa-versa l, we learnt alot about eachothers communties and cultures, during my time in south Africa we visited the biggest settlement in the region, i was shocked at what i saw and the en realised how little i appreciated the little things in life like running water, a roof over my head, or even a warm meal a day. I am trying to secure funding so i can go to south Africa to try and make a difference i would like to build 1 small school in south Africa as i feel if i helped 10 children get an education a year i have made a small but good differnece. I would like to document every bit of my journey start to finish so i can so other people how easy it can be to help those less fortunate. Anything and i mean anything you can afford to donate will be a huge huge help, and you can say you helped young children get an education and then a career, even donateing a £1 please please give what you can i beg you :-D xxx
