Penthouse1050, young company of entrepreneurs seeking to create, engage and innovate at home, and globally. We are aligning ourselves to help present the entrepreneurship agenda in a more transparent vehicle by utilizing multiple arenas within production and entertainment.  Penthouse1050, 5000 square feet commercial, photography studio within the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.  Located 0.5 miles from City Hall, next to Pershing Square, 0.3 miles from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Penthouse1050 is smartly situated between The Jewelry District, Fashion District and Financial District.  Presently, Penthouse1050 has been building itself and booking space from word of mouth.  Penthouse1050 needs an upgrade to accomodoate and fully utilize the space as intended by building out editing and productions stations, workstation tables and chairs, interchangable sets for photography, reupholster furniture,  lighting tracks and equipment.
