Professional Golfer

My Name is Omar Botha and I have been a Professional Golfer since 1994. The 1st few years after turning Pro I played the winter tour and had to pre-qualify for various bigger tournaments. I went to the UK and work as an IT consultant, and playing golf.

In 2001 I came back to SA, started my wine, water and golf Business. I was taken for a ride by my business partners and lost everything. I managed to pay of all debts earlier this year.

I had an ankle injury and could not walk for months and therefor had to sell my golf clubs to keep head above water and worked on the internet building for the last 30 months.

In May 2014 i started building websites for my company Soulcare and we are now in 44 countries. Unfortunately It's not generating the income as hoped and have to go back to my roots playing golf.

One can Google Soulcare and one will see what comes up. Every country has it's own Facebook page as well.

I am now ready and practicing golf again and have entered for the SA Open.

The Funding is for new golf clubs to play in the SA Open 12-15 Jan 2017 and to practice the next 2 months. The entry closes at the 12th of December 2016 and need to hand in scores with the PGA to confirm the entry. and that I am in standing order to play well enough and that my injury is of the past.

I am a Healer and mental couch and know what it takes to make a comeback and have the know how to do just that!

All I need is some financial help to get the right tools to be able to give it the best shot!
