Problem of money in studying .need help please

Hey I am a 20 years old . I don't know where to start . my story begin when I was 12 years old ,that time I started to know what is a computer , and I saw a lot of computer engineers succeeding in their lives , so I decided to be a computer engineer , and then I was full with hope , so when I got my Baccalaureate degree in 18 years old . I had met a really deep sea to keep my dream, everything was hard , and there was not schools that presents what I want to study or Even my baccalaureate degree , so I saw another way and IT WAS TO STUDY OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY , i had known that studies in Germany are free , so I entered to a language school to study German and it was hard for me and for my parents to pay its funds , but my father was fighting with me until I learn german , then I feel like the first step is done, after that I have got accepted in a University in Germany ,the final step was to pay 8500 Euros or to find a guarantor there ,my father don't have this amout of money so he asked his friend to find one . we talked with one there and he said that he will help us . so I went to the embassy without the guarantor paper hoping that he will send it to us in 1 month or 2 maximum , everything was good at the Embassy and they told me that they will accept me but I need the guarantor paper .so I was waiting for it like 8 months and my father friend never talked again to us . everything that I built is now just a past . I really feel depressed every morning I see the world is against me . my parents are fighting to get what to eat .it is really hard . but I HOPE SOMEONE HELP ME AND LET ME HAPPY AND MY FAMILY
