Preventing DCFS- The Hamilton Family

I'm a mother who fell victim to this system. I have been ordered to complete parenting classes. During these parenting classes I heard other families stories and was able to think outside my own situation. Every day a family being broken by the system. I found that DCFS gets funded $150,000 per child. It doesn't go to the children it goes to the court and county workers. I believe that much money can help a lot of families.  My Association and My Goals My association is seeing the children's needs such as housing, school supplies, transportation to and from school, making sure they have food, tutoring if needed and the ultimate goal is setting up a trust fund for education. The parents also need help with housing, bill and credit education, childcare, transportation to pick up and drop off children wit who doesn't qualify for bussing, education support for working parents needing higher education, learning how to set up trust funds for the children's education, providing private attorneys and other services. My goal is keeping the family together and growing them together. My ultimate goal is getting these children funds to alleviate the financial stress of college. Financial aid is only per semester and bills come every month. This foundation is not partial to any race, sexuality or social class. This foundation is case by case and don't associate with all cases. DCFS is preventative in helping children but I would like the families to see $150,000 per child instead of lawyers, judges and social workers. More parents can be home with their children and more children can be helped in home.   Your donation is one step closer to a families success.
