Prevent my little boy from losing his mommy!

I am a single mother who was in an abusive relationship for over 5 years. I have always been independent, fun loving, out going until I never realized my soul was being destroyed by my sons father. I endured my head cracked open, busted lip wide open, two broken hands from trying to protect my head when being bashed in, a fractured leg and torn miniscus. People might think why did you stay. I was threatened verbally and I had lack of funds to leave until I finally had my family step in. I tell you this because my big heart has left me in a legal battle and I have lost full custody of my son. On Sunday June 16, 2019 (Fathers Day) I received a phone call from my sons dad’s ex wife he was arrested for a DUI. She couldn’t bail him out because she lives out of state. So she sent me a copy of his card to bail him out. I had to meet the bondsman at the court house at 8:30pm. I arrived having to bring my son I met the bondsman paid and he posted his bail. They guard tried to get me to sign and release him in my custody which I told him I can not we have a No Contact Order and I just came to post his bail. They told me I had to blow in a breathalyzer to release him, which I questioned. I had not been drinking so I said fine I blew a 1.80 which was impossible I asked to blow again in less then a minute it was 1.044. It was impossible so I told the fairs something is wrong with ur breathalyzer. I started walking towards the door the guard called the police I turned around and said why are you calling them I’m sober. I took my son to my car and put him in the car seat waited in the passengers seat til the cops came. I refused to do a breathalyzer for good reason never offered me a blood test. They just cuffed me in front of my son with him yelling “don’t hurt my mommy”! They charged me with child abuse and a DUI and social services called an emergency hearing took my custody away. After I was released from jail I did a ua paying for it myself the results were negative, this is less then 36hrs from when they said I was accused of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs! I met with a couple different attorneys I have a good case to be acquitted but I will have to go to trail and fight with the DMV to get my license back. I don’t make enough to pay an attorney but I make to much for a public defender. Please help me fight this so I can get my son back he has been through enough seeing his mom beaten and now arrested and crying to come home ever night! As a mother it tears me apart he doesn’t deserve this and the justice system has been proven wrong time and time again! I just want to fight these charges and bring my son home
