Campaign Story
Our purpose is to give dignity, respect & value that highlights as well as recognizes the importance of maintaining our languages & heritage across cultural barriers in society, schools, home & businesses working to build a greater understanding in Africa & the Diaspora.
To heighten and elevate the necessity of preserving indigenous languages as prescribed by the United Nations Declaration Rights of Indigenous Peoples (DRIPS).
According to the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (DRIPS), affirms “that indigenous peoples are equal to all other peoples, while recognizing the right of all peoples to be different, to consider themselves different, and to be respected as such.
The ILA FOUNDATION BLG team of has captured the interest of Non Governmental Organizations, Schools, Women's Empowerment Groups & Language organizations that supports Indigenous Languages in Africa & the Diaspora that builds a greater understanding across cultural barriers, so all is not lost.
