Thank you for reading!
My name is Gabriela and I'm exited to get into the Naturopathic Medical School of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Oregon (http://www.ncnm.edu)
It's a doctorates degree in science (natural medicine) and since my BA is in Psychology I need to get some science prerequisite courses done by next year in order to get in. I need Chemistry I and II, Organic Chemistry I and II and Physics I.
I am very passionate about health in every aspect of life, physical, emotional and spiritual. That's why after I graduated in psychology I decided to pick up what I left behind years ago, science. I don't know why I felt I had to choose between biology/ botany and people. Now I realize that this degree (Doctor in Naturopathic Medicine) integrates the best of two worlds. Imediately I fell in love with the program, "a person as a whole", say no more, hooked...
Why the money?
My university does not offer scholarships nor loans during the summer program (Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Metropolotan Campus). I need to take this class because this class is prerequisite of the others that I would have left (Chemistry II and so on). If I don't take this only class during summer I won't be able to get into med school by 2014. Right now I can't afford this class. This summer class will enable me to take the next class by august.
Please Help me become an ND!!!
