Premature Hero’s

My son was born at 26 weeks, weighing at just 750g November 2019, as a first time father at 28 years you can only imagine the worry I was facing, my fiance suffered from kidney stones, causing the early birth. The sudden panic diverted her to the nearest public/government hospital not the planned and paid private hospital room and it was too risky for a transfer at the time.

For live seek, we decided to go along with it, long story shot, it was a success. My son is 9months now and very healthy, soon to be turning 1 year. We are fortunate, however, going to a public hospital has enlighten me our situations are not the same.

For my son's birthday in November, I would like to donate baby food and clothing to the parents who were not prepared and employed as I was at the time of the early birth. The stress on their faces tore me apart, some of these parents left their very young babies and never returned.

Help me not only celebrate my son's birthday, however to set a lasting legacy for him to always remember and embrace the significant of premature babies.
