First time mom baby essentials

Hello everyone.I'm 7 months pregnant and could give birth anytime from now.I don't have any type of income at the moment,no medical Aid,and my family is not that well off either.The last time I went for a scan was when I was still in the first trimester when I still had financial help from the father of the child,haven't been able to afford to keep going and our public clinics don't offer them unless it's an emergency,can't help but to keep worrying whether my baby is healthy,doesn't have any birth defects or any sort of health problem that can be spotted on an ultrasound and be dealt with when we still have time.

I'm in desperate need to buy baby essentials that the child will need for at least the first 3 months while I still look for a job because I'm not fit to work at the moment and my parents who I depend on also can’t work due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
