Precision agriculture and Youths

Agriculture is the backbone of African Economy especially in Kenya. Youth rarely associate themselves with the sector as a source of livelihood. Murang'a youths, despite being well educated are still faced with unemployment hence alcoholism and inappropriate behaviors in endeavour to support their lives.

I intend to actively drive them slowly to agri production mainly pig and poultry. They are less demanding in both space and labour. The financing will be at small fee to ensure sustainability and weed out moral hazards. The model is meant to be self staining in that fisrt batch will receive a grown served pig expected to give birth in two months time. each will hand over two piglets to the initiative to nurture the next cohort of beneficially and the circle continues. the first cohort since they benefit with a fully grown pig then form a parent stock for the initiative but twice. Business development will be through professional youths such as agronomist, accounts, veterinarians and animal production specialist. Upon successful roll out and operations, it will be rolled out to other counties. BE YOU PART OF THIS TO SAVE THE FUTURE OF OUR GENERATION.
