Prayers & Help Fight Prostate Cancer

Hi everyone!

Our family is asking for your prayers to help us fight prostate cancer of our father Paciano Real Jr. (fondly called Papa Nonoy). Papa Nonoy is every family member’s favorite person. He is a very kind and loving father, lolo, tito, brother and husband. He loves praying and going to church everyday. He makes everybody laugh with his antiques and jokes. Last year, he was diagnosed with Prostate cancer, Stage 4. After running a few medications, changing diet and doing herbal medicines, the tests indicated that his PSA went back to normal. Fast forward to 2020, this pandemic condition hindered us from having Papa’s regular check-up. In the month of July, Papa started complaining about his aching body. With this, we decided to schedule a check-up where we learned that his cancer has progressed. A few days after his medication, we had to rush him to the hospital because his body ache became intolerable, and he looked really pale. The doctor told us that the reason why he was experiencing such is that his hemoglobin count is low, so we had to do blood transfusions. Moreover, the cancer became very active that it has progressed to his bones and lungs already.

We are knocking to your kind hearts as we storm the heavens with our prayers for Papa and to help us raise funds for his treatments. We are still paying for his medications from last year, as well as his recent hospitalization, and we are running out of resources to maintain his medications and treatments. We know that all of us are greatly affected by the pandemic, but we are still hoping to get help from kind-hearted people like you. Any kind of help would really mean so much to us and will be much appreciated!
