Prayers and Money needed

On Sunday April 19th the neighbours dog jumped my fence and bit a hole in my Boston terrier, I had just woke up and let the dogs out to pee, I turned to go back to the kitchen and I heard a lot of noise coming from the back yard and Leslie (my Terrier) came running in the house with a large gash in her side. I was in such a panic I didn’t even look outside to see what had happened. I took the dog straight to the emergency vet. When I returned home my neighbour said my dog antagonizes his dog by barking in the yard. I took her in and they patched her together that was on Sunday. Monday I took her to my regular vet and keep her on IV’s for the day. I brought her home and never let her out of my sight. Friday on the way home from work I noticed the stitches were opening up. Saturday I took her back to my Vet and he said I needed to just wash out the hole with solution until Monday and they would have to do surgery again. Sunday night all the stitches came out. I ran her back to the emergency room to see what they could do for her. The Vet on duty said all the skin around the wound was dead and infection had started from the dead skin. I could see where the skin was already thin and wouldn’t hold stitches. That night the vet cut a 6″ hole in the side of my dog and told me to return her to my vet in the morning to have the dressing changed. When I went after work to pick her up my vet said there is nothing they can do for her there I had to take her to the Veterinary Hospital. She has to stay there for a week. I’ve already spend 2,16.00 at the emergency room on 2 surgery’s Now the Hospital wants 5,000.00 for the next surgery. I contacted my neighbour about his dog. He removed the dog from his property and told animal control since I didn’t see it happen he thinks it must have been a wild animal in the yard. I’ve been so upset over my dogs health, and worried about how I’m going to pay for this. I don’t know if anyone reading this can understand how much a person loves their dogs. When I went through my divorce and couldn’t see my children everyday, I had Leslie to come home to. When I didn’t think anyone on this earth cared about me. Leslie did. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve thought to myself if I would have just looked in the yard before I left her out, she wouldn’t be so sick.
