Prayer for granting a consideration amount of kidney transplantation

Respected Sir/Madam,

With due regards and humble submission I, Sri Indranil Bhunia son of sri Rabindranath Bhunia from West Bengal,India, have been suffering from a fatal disease having both the kidneys fully damaged.

Now I am under supervision of a Doctor in Kolkata and he advised me for kidney transplantation within a short period otherwise it will threat me to the life risk. The expenditure of transplantation requires a huge amount (about 15 lakhs/ approx U.S $25000) which can never collected by my pore family member except the help of generous personalities.

Under this sinking condition, I, on behalf of my family as a whole pray to your gracious-self to donate a considerableamount in favour of me so that the utilization of the amount may bring back me to the stable living and for this the whole family of mine will remain obliged and grateful to your magnanimity for ever.Thanking you.
