A mother is selfless, our superhero, the only person that loves us unconditionally and the woman that gave birth to us.

This is Corazon Peralta, a mother of 3, a devoted wife, a caring sister and my loving mother-in-law.

On January 9, 2021,currently living at Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal while doing some errands at home. Our Mama Cora complained for headache accompanied with dizziness followed by lost of her consciousness.

She was immediately rush to Tanay General Hospital for first aid and was later transferred to Fatima University Medical Center in Antipolo to have medical professionals assessed her condition . Around 11:00pm of January 9, 2021, she was at the intensive care unit, in-coma and battling for her life. She was intubated for life support. We are deeply praying that nothing serious happened to our Mama Cora and we will see her smile again.

Our Mama Cora was diagnosed with Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) also known as having an abnormal tangle of blood vessels that connects arteries and veins and will disrupts normal blood flow and oxygen circulation in the brain. The cause of AVM is not clear and still unknown.

We we're crashed when the Doctor's informed us that there was a very low chance of survival and get prepared for the worst case. After staying at Fatima University Medical Center, Antipolo for 4 days, little by little her condition is getting better. Our Mama Cora is fighting and showed signs of improvement. Her will to live is powerful but she's still not away from danger.

With our medical statement pilling up our family decided to transfer Mama Cora to the Philippine General Hospital (PGH). At PGH, with the efforts of our friends, family and deep faith with the Lord Almighty, we we're able to connect with a well experience neuro Surgeon and will lead the treatment plan for our Mama Cora.
January 15, 2020, Our Mama Cora undergone "Four Vessel Andiogram" and according to her Dr.'s, The only chance of her recovery is thru surgery and by entirely removing the blood cloth in her brain. The covid pandemic also makes our situation challenging, each of our family members will need to get swabbed to be able to take turns to look after our Mama Cora.

There is power in Prayer, show some love with your prayers, flex your ❤️ and share on social media with #prayerandsupportforMamaCora to help lift our spirits and feel that we are not alone in this battle.

In addition to the heartfelt prayers, a little support of any amount to east the financial burden to my husband's family is deeply appreciated. We believe that that it's never that bad to seek help. "Matthew 7:7 Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you."
Your simple prayers, support and, share will make a difference "2 Corinthians 9:11 You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God."

No amount is too little to help us get closer to our goal. and we are truly grateful to all of your for the help and prayers you’ve gladly extended to our family.
