UPDATE: Nizam has peacefully pass on yesterday evening. For those who has donated and shared the words, thank you. Please du'a for NIzam. Appreciate much.
Nizam is a jovial, friendly and helpful person. He is a sole-breadwinner for his family consist of Wife and 5 children ranging from 11-3 yrs old.
Nizam had a sudden heart attack and collapsed on the spot. He has been in NUH ICU since 14th June 2019. He had undergone bypass surgery but collapsed and did not show any improvement.
He is on life-support machine currently and is now in NUH CCU.
He was awake for 3 days only and the rest of the days was in 'sleeping' state.
Latest update, Doctors mentioned that he is not doing any progress and the organs are now in bad condition. His heart rate is crashing at a fast rate.
Please, please consider donating or helping us to share this story to raise as much funds needed for his treatment and children's needs.
