The progress of our neuter clinic.

This is our pending neuter clinic construction. It will accommodate 200-300 pets per day and will also serve as a training facility for veterinarians those who wants to learn how to do quick spaying. This will be our first neuter clinic where we can serve low-cost neutering every day and free neutering for all the indigent pets of pet owners. All our TNVR projects will also be facilitated in this clinic.

WHAT IS PHILIPPINE PET BIRTH CONTROL CENTER FOUNDATION?

The Philippine Pet Birth Control Center Foundation is an organization that aims to eradicate rabies control and lessen animal abuse by controlling the dog and cat population through neutering.

We are going in different places and doing outreach missions to reach the community and provide free sterilization services for their pets. Neutering or "kapon" in tagalog, is still not widely known in the Philippines, while doing outreach missions, we are also educating them about the importance and benefits of neutering.

WHY DO WE NEED TO CONTROL THE PET POPULATION?

RABIES - The Philippines is not yet rabies-free, every year about 300 cases of rabies are recorded in the country and most of these cases are from the dog and cat bites of stray or feral animals.

OVER POPULATION - Dogs and cats reproduce very quickly and the overpopulation results to rabies threat and animal abuse.

ANIMAL ABUSE AND CRUELTY - Everyday we are seeing post of dogs and cats in need of rescuing, this is a very depressing issue that every animal advocates are dealing with, over population is a cause of abandonment and neglect that leads to animal abuse & cruelty.

THE NEED FOR A NEUTER CLINIC.

The Philippine Pet Birth Control Center Foundation offers the lowest neuter services in the country and the neutering for the pets of indigent pet owners is always free. We are serious in our aim and advocacy for the welfare of both humans and animals. We really want to make a change and we cannot make it without your help. This neuter clinic will enable us to do our work extensively. It will cater more animals animals everyday and will help us to greater awareness.
