Potato internship in Peru

I have been selected to complete an internship over the summer in Peru. It is an honour to be selected however the internship is unpaid. The project involves working with the local people to improve their quality of life in relation to their diets. I will be working with farmers and villages to understand their way of life and help improve their farming methods to get the best out of the resources they have. I will be using my knowledge of biology (BSc Biological Sciences) to work with the community so that they can improve their nutrition for their families but also to increase the amount of food they produce by simple changes such as intercropping their plants to prevent pests eating all their hard work! The internship is only short but will be invaluble for experience and so any donations will be greatly appreciated!
