Postgraduate funding for Honours in Psychology

Hi there, my name is Zakiyah and I would like to appeal to you to help me raise funds for my postgraduate studies - an honours degree in psychology.

About me

I am passionate and excited about what I am studying and I have worked extremely hard to get to where I am today. Might I add that I have maintained distinctions for my psychology majors thus far, and I am 1 in 15 students selected for this honours program so I really want to hold on to this remarkable opportunity.

I have completed my undergrad degree at the University of Pretoria and I was also a Golden Key member for being top 15% of my degree in 2017. I love working with people and I volunteer on a daily basis with community projects. I have numerous qualities, ideas and principles that can be extended and schooled to perfection by the panel of professors and teachers at this institute, and I can think of no better way to foster a greater understanding of different people, their cultures and ideologies, and behaviours. I have just recently completed a course in life coaching, and I can proudly say I am a qualified Transformation Coach, Life Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Negative-Emotional Therapy Practitioner. I am also a practicing Aafiyah Healer - a form of healing through energy and thought. These qualifications have aided me in networking with fellow healers, psychologists and coaches who are interested in bettering the lives of others.

Vision

I am a work-in-progress and I am constantly looking for ways to improve myself as a futuristic ambassador of mental health in the psychological field of South Africa. I am determined and diligent and I am asking for the opportunity to prove myself as an invaluable student, as a worthy citizen and as the perfect candidate to be granted this opportunity.

Truthfully, this is more than just an opportunity to study and work, it is a stepping stone to build my life, it is the foundation to achieve my goals and it is the actuality of fulfilling my dreams.
