Post Transplant Medication and Treatment

I am 54 years old and have been unemployed now for quite some time. I live in a very remote area without access to basic services. I have been unable to find a new position, I have run out of funds and I am no longer covered by medical aid. I underwent a kidney transplant and was receiving chronic meds through the medical aid that is now suspended and due to end. Without my post transplant meds, I will lose this kidney and I will require another transplant and or dialysis, which will cost hundreds of thousands that I don't have.
