im a physical therapist. I have written a book about some Breathing Techniques and Exercises you can do at home if you have suffered from pulmonary diseases or Corona virus. The exercises will help you increase lung function and capacity , inspiratory/expiratory volume.

I am trying to collect money in order to translate it in as many languages as possible and share as many copies as possible to the people who cant afford to buy it online or who dont have access on the internet.
