---TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN---
My name is Ibrahim Dominguez. I am forty-six years old, I am the sole earner in my beloved family, and I live in Venezuela, a beautiful country in a terrible economic situation.
Since 2010 I have been suffering from strong pains and progressive motor impairment.
What started as a pain in my left hip when I walked, turned out to be, after many exams and diagnostics, an uncommon disease called syringomyelia, which affects the nervous system.
After a delicate spine surgery it became clear that partly due to the prolonged distress, my nerves have suffered greatly and are worn out. These days I can hardly walk, I am prone to falls and my limbs lack strength and accuracy.
Although the surgery may possibly have stopped the advance of the disease, it is vital to treat the side effects so that I may, God willing, carry a normal life once again.
I need to undergo a very expensive medical treatment, but unfortunately my family, friends and myself have been depleted of any funds. We can no longer afford the treatment.
This is why I ask all of you who can help me heal physically and psychologically, to please consider doing so.
I thank you warmly in advance.
